1. What is an MCPP film?
MCCP film is fine chemical Metallized CPP films are well appreciated for their brilliant metallic appearance & superior gas & water vapor barrier properties. Metalized CPP films are used as lamination substrates for chips, snacks, confectionery products & other packaging materials.

High oxygen barrier – Oxygen is the biggest contributor to food spoilage. This metalized CPP film blocks oxygen and helps to maintain the shelf life of the product. The films offer an OTR of <30cc/m2/day.
High moisture vapor barrier – These metalized CPP films also provide excellent barriers for moisture and humidity. The film offers an MVTR of <0.3g/m2/day
High hot tack and low SIT – thus making it easier to laminate the film on all kinds of machines.
High heat seal strength – At more than 2.3kg/inch, the heat seal strength offered by metalized high barrier CPP films is excellent.
Exceptional machinability – Metalized high barrier CPP films are easy to process and offer good printability.

6. Production process
BOPA film is produced by laminating technology with modern machinery manufactured in Germany. BOPA film is produced through the following stages: extruder -> casting -> water bath -> Stretching -> pull roll -> winder -> slitter and package.
BOPA is mainly a three-layer ABC sandwich structure, in which the inner and outer layers of A and C are functional additives added to pure nylon, the proportion is 10%, and the proportion of pure nylon particles in layer B is 80%.
Functional additives mainly increase the surface of the film to have anti-block, good printing, and increased fluidity.
